My inspiration for this collection comes from the art of folding paper: Origami. I wanted to transform flat pieces of fabric (instead of paper) and sculpt art piece dresses by draping, hand stitching, bending, folding and different techniques of manipulating the fabric.

Combining tulles, chiffons, organza’s with crisp raw silks in hues of white, the collection challenges ones perception between fabric garments and paper sculptures. It inspired me to create something contemporary.
